Head of CAPA Management - Global Biotech

This role is as Head of CAPA Management, you will be in charge of CAPA management and investigation within the technical operations department.
You duties will include:
* Preparation of responses regarding observations from inspections and overdue CAPAs
* Monthly reporting of trends and due dates of CAPAs
* Monitoring and documentation of CAPAs towards Health Authorities
* Definition, follow-up and timely finalization of licenses, GMP certificates and Qualified Persons
* Management and follow-up of authority submissions regarding operating audits
* Management of the back office during Health Authorities and client audits.
* Management, central organization, preparation and follow-up of the Inspection Readiness Program
In order to be considered you should have:
* Education: Academic degree in Natural Sciences or a technical field, advanced college with professional experience or similar appropriate education
* Languages: Fluent in German and English, oral and written
* Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in a GMP regulated environment of the pharmaceutical industry (quality or production related department)
