Ambitious German speaking Graduates - we are looking for you
We are looking for money-motivated, career-oriented and success-hungry graduates to join one of our offices in London, Prague, Zug, and Portsmouth with a start in PRAGUE.
What we are searching for are not professionals with years of experience, we are looking for people with passion for communication and willingness to grow within the business. We offer you fast career progression and great earning possibilities in a company that values every single worker and gives every individual equal chances to develop and make money.
You will be trained on recruitment techniques, head-hunting, researching, , negotiating and building lasting relationships with both candidates and clients. After your training is over, you can choose to relocate to any of the European offices.
Your daily tasks will contain:
Building new client relationships through business development within European markets
Negotiating with clients
Advertising vacancies, processing applications and shortlisting candidates
Sourcing candidates, guiding them through the interview process and delivering feedback
What do we need from you?:
Fluency in English and German
Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a must
Willingness to grow within an international company
Money oriented and success driven
