QA/RA Manager - Global Company - Italy

This is a great role for a professional to be involved in a line manager QA position for a global organisation. Working closely with your director, your role will be focused on developing and maintaining the quality management systems by continuously improving them.

My client, a global medical device company that is focused on expanding constantly is now looking for a new member for their QA and RA team, a QA/RA manager. Due to the vast investments and growth of their business you will have the possibility to promote in shorter time that usual and have a word to say in the strategy that your department takes.

Main duties include:

* Prepare and review investigation reports
* Ensure compliance to GMP
* Lead initiatives to improve the standards of investigations and incident prevention (CAPA)
* Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits
* Manage the integration of the current complaints process into a fully electronic QMS
* Leading and developing your QA and RA team.

Regarding experience my client is looking for people with a background in GMP within the medical device focusing on IVD's. This is an English, French and German speaking environment but experience in Germany or the EU is needed.
