Job Details
You will have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to communicate clearly in face-to-face interactions, by telephone and in email and other written documents is essential.
Applicants should be confident users of a range of desktop software, operating systems and hardware in common use, in particular Office 365, Windows 7 and 10. You will have A-level qualifications in relevant subjects or NVQ3/HNC qualifications, or equivalent and relevant work experience in an IT support role.
Experience of a role where attention to detail is important is essential. A flexible attitude to work along with an aptitude for learning new skills, and the willingness to work as part of a team is fundamental to the role.
Experience of use of an electronic Helpdesk System is desirable.
The successful candidate will be expected to work fixed hours normally 9am to 5pm but may on occasion be required 8am to 4pm.
