As a result of their constant drive for product development and new technology research they have a range of high quality printing inks with a strong pipeline of products coming through on a regular basis which has allowed them to dominate in the field of Inkjet Printing inks.

Where do you come in? Your challenge will be to help continue to generate creative ideas to help them in the development of new technologies whilst assisting with customer focused R&D projects which will involve looking for high performance raw materials, assisting with applications testing and collaborating with production on pilot-plant testing to assess the viability of the products, so you will get to work on the full R&D cycle from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Qualified with an Ausbildung as Lacklaborant or Weiterbilding as Lacktechniker
• Minimum 1 year of experience as R&D employee developing & formulating printing inks
• German at B2 level required for daily use at the company. Conversational English preferred but not essential.
