Team Leader for Protein Purification/DSP

My client and I are currently looking for a Team Leader with 5+ years of downstream processing experience to join them in Iceland. You would be building a team, as there currently is none. After around 18 months, you will lead a team of around 6 people! This company offers a very interpersonal and diverse culture where you grow along with the company.
Salary is currently being negotiated, and it is all dependent on the candidate's own experience and profile. However, moving to Iceland also allows you to enjoy a tax deduction, if you are an expat. 25 % of the first 3 years you stay in Iceland. This, coupled with a relocation package and a generous salary, results in a very attractive combination.
Qualifcations:
* 5 years working in Downstream Processing (Protein Purification)
* Willing to relocate to Iceland.
* Able to work in the EU.
* You will be working with biosimilars, so experience with biosimilars is desired, but not essential.

This could be an opportunity for a Level III Expert in the field who wants to get into a Team Leader/Management role as they would have the opportunity to grow with the team. If this is the case, they should have demonstrable experience of mentoring, coaching, guiding others.
This role can also lead to other, more qualified manager roles in the future.
