My client is a large automotive group with a reputable client focus and thrive upon delivering a high quality service.

To support my client's growth, they are currently looking for Aftersales Managers (m / f)

Job Description
* You are the local contact point of the site regarding all after sales activities. Both for customers and for employees.
* You make every effort to continuously improve customer experience, employee satisfaction and results in actions.
* Based on the set goals, you will work out targeted action plans.
* You initiate and implement these actions. You will also follow these from A to Z and send if necessary.
* You are responsible for managing and coaching the after sales team in your site.
* You direct the "Customer Advisor", "Warehouse Officer", "Claimant / Invoice", and "Site Manager" of your site.
* You guide, stimulate and coach them in all aspects of the Customer Journey, systems and processes.
* You monitor the daily occupation of your team (training, leave applications, ...)
* By showing yourself the right example, you will ensure a good team spirit.
* You are enthusiastic about your team regarding change processes.
* You are responsible for a transparent and targeted information flow from management to your team.
* You ensure that the culture (mission, vision, values, rituals,) is known in your site and your team members also understand and visibly transform them into their daily operations.
* Through a daily consultation and close cooperation with the Sales Manager, you aim to make the site functioning as autonomously as possible.
