Head Clin Ops - Switzerland - Line Management

NonStop are looking to speak with Clinical Operation professionals in Switzerland, we are currently partnered with an innovative Pharmaceutical company who are looking to strengthen their workforce with a Clinical Operations Head, this is a fantastic time to join this small but growing company with a strong pipeline and have a real impact on the strategy and growth. Leading to further internal career progression as you grow with them.

You will have a team of direct reports to develop as well as the operational aspects of the Clinical Development programmes, having direct reports can be beneficial in many ways, such as the satisfaction you will get from developing others, but also the strength that this will add to your profile and make it more sought after by employers in the market.

The key requirements are:

* An advanced degree: PhD, MD, MSc etc.
* Fluency in English
* The ability to live and work in Switzerland
* Experience within Oncology
* 5 years experience within the operational aspects of Clinical Development
