What​ ​is​ ​your​ ​role​ ​as​ ​a​ ​Key​ ​Account​ ​Manager?

  • You will join our specialist Haematology/Oncology sales team
  • Working in close partnership with other Takeda functions
  • You will report to the Business Unit Divisional Sales Director

 

Your​ ​typical​ ​day​ ​includes​ ​the​ ​following​ ​tasks:

  • Developing your own financial objectives, strategy and tactics
  • Developing and leading your regional business plan and financial objectives
  • Ensuring alignment with customer needs across the local health economies/networks

 

What​ ​makes​ ​you​ ​a​ ​suitable​ ​colleague?
To make you a valuable manager you match the following requirements

  • High levels of account management skill, with experience of managing the full spectrum of HCP relationships within the Scottish local health economy
  • In addition to a sound understanding of SMC policies, structures and funding streams, you must have demonstrable success within the Haematology/Oncology area including experience of developing superior relationships with Scottish Cancer Networks
  • Evidenced substantial track record in the Haem/Oncology market in Scotland
  • High level influencing and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative working style
  • Exceptional business planning and account management skills
  • Proactive and accountable with a tenacious drive for results

Next to that, you are a person with strong awareness for quality and results. You have excellent oral and written communications skills. You describe yourself as strong in commercial acumen with problem solving and analytical skills.
