I am a specialist recruiter in the Pharmaceutical industry, and I am currently working closely with my client to find a team leader for Analytical Development. You would join a small, ambitious CRO, focusing on providing services to clients all around the globe! For such a group of clients, they will need an international staff to help accommodate those clients.
You would serve as a key member in the company, helping other staff grow, and dealing with clients.
The ideal profile will have:
* More than 3 years of experience in analytical development.
* Experience working in an international environment.
* Able to help others grow.
* Have great communication skills.
