Laboratory head - Global Sterile Manufacturer

This is a great role for a professional to be involved in a Laboratory Management position for a global organisation. Working closely with your line manager, your role will be focused on managing a team of 15-30 people while maintaining and improving the GMP compliance in order to successfully manufacture sterile products.

My client, a global sterile manufacturer is now looking to hire a Laboratory head for their plant in Germany. This will be a great opportunity that will give you the advantage to work in state of the art facility. In addition you will have the benefit of working for a company that has won leadership awards and can help you take the next step in your career while actively contributing to your professional development.

Main duties include:

* Professional management of a laboratory team( over 15 people)
* Development of new analytical methods (focus on HPLC) for new products
* Compliance and optimization of GMP compliance in the department (SOPs, processes, training, etc.)
* Regular feedback and evaluation of analytical data and discussion in the respective teams.

Regarding experience my client is looking for people with a background in GMP within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. This is an English and German speaking environment but experience in Germany or the EU is needed.
