Purpose
PerkinElmer is a global technology leader driving growth and initiative in the Environmental and Human Health Science markets. The contract team lead role will provide daily operational guidance and work assignments, review completeness of work, level load resources, identify opportunity to increase productivity with process change and manage hourly employee time tracking to support the European OneSource organization.


Priorities and Objectives
  • Primarily responsible for the daily oversight of the workflow, project assignments, time tracking, work load – level loading oversight, status of work in the group mailbox, and quality of work as part of the daily operations of the team.
  • Responsible for developing contract / invoice processes for new OS products, i.e. Lab IT and solutions services.
  • Serve as a main communicator between contract management and OneSource Program administrators, group leaders, regional managers, SAP support staff, Process leaders, Multi-vendor business leaders, Program Managers, and other relevant members of the OneSource service organization.
  • Provide monthly upcoming OneSource program renewal notifications to field service leaders.
  • Drive year end renewal process with weekly status reviews throughout Q4 with service leadership and continuing through Q1 of the next year to ensure all contracts are booked.
  • Participate on OneSource program conference calls and take responsibility for assigned items on the RAIL (Rolling Action Item List), as the contracts subject matter expert.
  • Work with global colleagues and other contract teams to provide training and support, standardize contract related processes, memorialize, train and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and deliver team MOR reporting data.
  • Oversee and participate in daily contract, chargeback, MAC and month end invoice responsibilities.



Additional Responsibilities
  • Quote creation and contract booking for the OneSource Service contract accounts.
  • Invoice creation and customization for OneSource service contracts as specified in each customer sow.
  • Equipment record creation. Scrutinize and edit instrument lists provided from various sources and presented in various forms. Use quality checklists to ensure all data sources are consistent and accurate.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the various contract coverages offered.
  • Support relocation contract work, contract material creation, IT lab services contracts and invoices as needed.
  • Manage the program adds, deletes and changes of instruments on OneSource service contracts.
  • Contract material set-up. Searching for and identifying valid contract materials and submitting requests for new materials as necessary.
  • Help support financial understanding of SAP based OneSource Contracts. Working closely with financial team to ensure accurate financial performance reporting.
  • Help support ongoing continuous improvement for the OneSource Business.
