Regulatory Affairs Officer - Entry Level - Based in Belgium surrounded by historical architecture
Ypres (leper) is a town in the Belgian province of West Flanders. It's surrounded by the Ypres Salient battlefields, where many cemeteries, memorials and war museums honour the battles that unfolded in this area during World War I. You will be working within a Family environment with diminutive communication lines and a lot of decision making freedom.

Function
After thorough internal training, you will be responsible for:
* Assist our regulatory affairs staff to prepare, submit and follow the registration files of biocides, detergents, cosmetics, feed additives all over the world (new application, variations and renewals)
* To maintain the regulatory database and manage documentation on technical and regulatory issues.
* As a full member of our Regulatory Affairs team you will stay up-to-date on new regulations and maintain good relations with authorities and relevant contacts.
* An important aspect of this job is to communicate actively with our sales people and the ministries around the world.
Profile
Essential requirements:
* Full training will be given, off course some experience is appreciated
* Communicative skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office
* Language: English and Dutch is essential, Spanish is desired
* Motivated, team player, entrepreneur
* Self organization
* Assertive (confident): embrace challenges!
* Proactive
* Administrative punctual and very efficient
* You have a bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field of study, preferably in (bio) chemistry, or equivalent by experience.
* Ideal candidate will have experience within product registrations. Someone that has done registrations for Pharma may also be considered.
* You are a team player, but also an independent entrepreneur.
* You have a no-nonsense approach and you are hands-on.
