Job Details
We are seeking someone with common sense and problem solving skills, willing to work on their own initiative and use their experience to establish and run all the necessary administrative support functions and systems for the team, in consultation with colleagues in the team.
Our work takes us to all parts of the University and often work away from the office base. We need someone to ensure the office runs smoothly and callers are dealt with quickly, courteously, and efficiently. We run workshops, awaydays and events, and need someone to help co-ordinate logistics, and support the Change Managers with preparation, support during the event and post-event transcripts. The postholder will be required to attend other parts of the campus from time to time.
This is a part time role and we envisage 5 mornings per week, with the ability to be flexible when demands require it.
This is a role that may also suit term time working requirements.
It is expected that interviews will be held on 4th December 2017.
For more information please contact Tracy Hayler, Head of Change Management on 0117 3940310
The University is committed to creating and sustaining a fully inclusive culture. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and communities.
