Are you an experienced HR Officer who is interested in a new challenge?Are you able to work independently and have a problem solving approach to your work?Can you demonstrate experience of building effective working relationships with managers, advising on all aspects of HR, and operating with a high level of independence?

You will be responsible for the full range of HR activities including workforce planning and recruitment; supporting managers to deal with staffing issues effectively and implementing process improvements to enhance the service we provide.  You will be a key member of the busy HR team and will be expected to work with and deputise for colleagues as necessary. 

You will need to be able to act as champion of good HR practice and be able to coach and challenge as required. You will need to be able to step straight into a busy team; as an experienced professional, you will be adaptable and comfortable in responding to competing demands.

Our approach is solution focussed and there will be the opportunity to work proactively in all areas of HR from recruitment through to case work.
