Market Access & Reimbursement Manager-DE

We are looking for a Market Access und Reimbursement Manager to join our client's already successful team.

You will be responsible for all domains of market access in Germany, Austria and EEU, therefore you will be in charge of achieving optimal pricing, reimbursement, HTA positioning, stakeholder engagement and ultimately access to appropriate patients for our client's portfolio of products across the country.

You should maintain regular contacts with Public Health decision makers and stakeholders, insurance companies, patient organizations, KOLs and physician associations, in order to have a good view on market changes and market trends, new saving measures, market access strategies, in order to develop a positive environment, keep optimal pricing and facilitate market access of our products and devices.

You will be working closely with the business teams in Germany and other functional areas and Market Access colleagues across the EU/global to develop, shape and execute market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies.
This position reports directly to Associate Director Market Access, Austria and EEU.

What should you bring to the team:

* Graduate degree in Business / Economics Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Public Health
* A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in reimbursement/market access management in pharmaceutical industry, with biologics/plasma preferred, is required
* An understanding of and/or experience with the German reimbursement environment
* Knowledge of healthcare systems and policy issues, pharma/plasma industry commercial business model and how it relates to policy and key stakeholders
* Knowledge of economic principles of pricing and pharmaceutical markets
* Understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization and drug development process
* Experience with developing and submission of Reimbursement & Pricing dossiers to key government HTA and payer authorities (experience in AMNOG) are preferred.
