Job Details

Our client is an established Automotive aftermarket leader, which has been operating for decades in an independent and stable manner. They are looking to fill a newly-created position - International Sales Manager (B2B). Our client specifically emphasises on the amount of trust and appreciation they dedicate to their employees. You will also have the opportunity to work with and manage a team that is driven towards a single goal and is collaborative with all stakeholders in order to achieve it. This increases chances for better performance, thus higher financial return for everyone involved in the sales activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing growth strategy for the specific countries
  • Business development - expanding the client-base
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients
  • Cooperating with distributors in order to proactively exploit sales opportunities in their channels
  • Supporting Distributors also in terms of logistics, inventory management and pricing
  • Negotiating prices
  • Sales performance analysis
  • Sales reporting

As a successful candidate, you possess international sales experience and you have managed a team before. Fluency in English and French is a must. You also have experience with Automotive aftermarket products, preferrably oil and/or additives.

Our client is offering EUR 60,000 - EUR 65,000 per annum + bonuses
