C&Q Engineer / PHARMA / CONTRACT /SWITZERLAND

The C&Q Engineering role (Harvest) is primarily responsible for the preparation and the execution of the C&Q activities relating to Harvest systems

This opportunity will allow you to continue your experience in the Pharmaceutic industry while having a long-term CONTRACT in Switzerland, therefore offering you the possibility to settle while getting a new experience on your CV.

Missions ?

o System Boundary development + approval.
o Design Qualification preparation, execution and approval. Includes release for IQ.
o Commissioning preparation, execution and approval. Includes vendor supervision on their testing scope and quality.
o Installation Qualification preparation, execution and approval. Includes release for OQ.
o Operational Qualification preparation, execution and approval. Includes release for OQ.
o Ongoing support for Harvest systems.

Requirements ?

o Minimum Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
o Minimum of 6+ years of experience in commissioning / qualification / validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, Commissioning) activities in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
o Proven Harvest system, CIP, and SIP knowledge.
o Minimum 6+ years of experience in commissioning / qualification / validation of Harvest systems.
o Experience with DeltaV (Emerson).
o Fluent French and English language written and verbal communication skills.
o cGMP knowledge and knowledge of EMA and FDA predicate rules.
o Able to work with minimum oversight fulfilling deliverables within target dates.

Targets ?

* Adherence to project procedures/requirements with respect to Health/Safety/Environmental, Quality (including GDP/GMP), C&Q (including MCP, MQP, DQ, IQ, OQ, Commissioning).
* Self-manage C&Q development and execution activities with respect to the relevant systems.
* Function as a key member of the C&Q Team, and provide guidance regarding Harvest.
* Liaise closely with the relevant vendors/providers/contractors, Automation representatives and Construction-phase representatives to ensure integration of activities and schedules with respect to the relevant systems.
* Actively participate in the development and delivery of deliverables with respect to the relevant systems.
* Maintain control over the activities and schedule with respect to the relevant systems.
* Participate in sessions to define/agree work breakdown structure with respect to the relevant systems
* Report on key deliverable and dates and align with key milestones within the project's critical path.
* Report and aid in the resolution of project issues, including maintaining the non-conformance records.
* Assist in assessing project risk and evaluating the effectiveness of mitigation strategies applied.
* Coordination and communication with other resources for Harvest -related matters.
