Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - Antibiotics - UK

Are you an MSL with at least 3 years of experience within antibiotics, anti-infective or infectious diseases?

My client is a global biotech company with a presence in over 60 countries. They are looking for an experienced MSL to take the lead within the UK and help with the launch of a brand new antibiotic and support their new product. You will be the main point of contact within the UK for this product, giving you the opportunity to grow your network massively throughout an entire country.

Your day-to-day duties include:

• Develop and maintain in-depth, up-to date scientific knowledge around relevant disease areas and products within those areas. Use that knowledge to respond to requests from groups or individual HCPs for scientific and therapeutic information about new and existing products.
• Identify opportunities for the company to support HCPs across a range of non-promotional activities
• Engage with scientific leaders, working in conjunction with Medical Advisers through scientific exchange.
• Attend and/or present at meetings, advisory boards and scientific conferences to represent the company and to further individual and company scientific knowledge
• Gain insights from the clinical environment that can help the company better understand the environment, and effectively communicate this internally

What do I need to apply?

• 3 years of MSL experience
• Experience in antibiotics, anti-infective or infectious diseases
• Willingness to travel around Europe 25% of the time
• PhD or Medical Doctor is desirable
• Strong KOL network within the UK
