Help Develop Expand a Growing MASH Team
A London based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager to join their MASH service. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable service which works in close proximity with the Police and Education services in order to investigate the circumstances surrounding children deemed to be at risk.
This is a management post which will give you responsibility for the day to day running of the service. The role will also see you provide supervision and support to the Social Workers who you manage.
Working in the MASH service you will be operating in an office environment. The role will not require you to carry out any visits meaning hours are generally more fixed leaving you with more of an evening and an improved work life balance.
As this is a management post you should have some management experience. Experienced Senior/Advanced Practitioners are also being considered.
