CHEMICAL LEGISLATION SPECIALIST - REACH

As a Global Regulatory Associate you will work within the Chemical Legislation team working with REACh compliance

Working with Global regulations, you will be required to operate within a downstream user environment therefore this is a Compliance and not registrations position. Classification and labelling as well as SDS compliance of suppliers will be necessary.

You will work with the R&D and Marketing departments as well as legal departments to respond to regulatory enquiries about the company products

QUALIFICATIONS

Above and beyond all experience, the ideal candidate will be one who understands the commercial pressures and requirements regulatory affair's will have on a business

In addition, it is crucial applicants are happy to work in a fast paced high pressure working environment which encourages innovative thinking and a quick response to regulatory issues

Experience within Regulatory Affairs for Consumer Products or REACh legislation

Candidates with regulatory experience in either Cosmetics/Personal Care, Biocides, REACh or Detergents Directive are encouraged

Those without this experience but can demonstrate experience that related to understanding commercial pressures of regulatory affairs as well as ability to work in a high pressured environment are encouraged.
