Regulatory Affairs Officer, Belgium - surrounded by historical architecture
The role is based within a town in the Belgian province of West Flanders. It's surrounded by the Salient battlefields, where many cemeteries, memorials and war museums honour the battles that unfolded in this area during World War I with a lot of greenery providing an excellent quality of life.
My client accommodates a range of sectors (Vehicle, Agriculture, Food, etc.) They offer hygiene solutions within these sectors, some of which include:
* Poultry, Dairy, Aquaculture, etc.
* High-gloss Protectors, Disinfectants, Polish, etc.
You will be working within a family environment apart of the regulatory affairs team with channels of communication lines providing you with a lot of decision making freedom.
You will be able to take advantage of;

Function
After thorough internal training, you will be responsible for:
* Assist the regulatory affairs staff to prepare, submit and follow the registration files of biocides, detergents, cosmetics, feed additives all over the world (new application, variations and renewals)
* To maintain the regulatory database and manage documentation on technical and regulatory issues.
* As a full member of our Regulatory Affairs team you will stay up-to-date on new regulations and maintain good relations with authorities and relevant contacts.
* An important aspect of this job is to communicate actively with our sales people and the ministries around the world.
Profile
Essential requirements:
* Full training will be given, off course some experience is appreciated
* Language: English and Dutch is essential, Spanish is desired
* Motivated, team player, entrepreneur
* You have a bachelor or master's degree in a relevant field of study, preferably in (bio) chemistry, or equivalent by experience.
* Ideal candidate will have experience within product registrations. Someone that has done registrations for Pharma may also be considered.
