My client, a Local Authority in the South East of England, is currently recruiting for a locum Team Manager. In this position, you will be supporting four small safeguarding teams, but you will not have any direct line management responsibilities, which means you will be undertaking a less stressful role.

The four teams are located at the same site, so you don't have to travel. You will focus on working with CIN/CP practitioners and supporting them to develop their practice and also you will be do case auditing.

Please apply if you are a Team Manager with experience in Long Term Teams, Children in Need, Child Protection. You must also have a HCPC registration and a driving license.
