Senior Practitioners Court Team - West Midlands - Quick Start

I'm currently working with a unique Authority in the West Midlands who have several positions for experienced Qualified Senior Practitioner to join their Child Protection & Court Team.

This is due to a service re-design aimed to create smaller more cohesive team structures which is aiming to decrease the caseloads of each team from 20 to 16 as well as providing a more consistent supervisory and support structure in each team.

Our contractors already hold positions with this client and can attest to the development of this authority over the time as well as provide you with a more in depth breakdown of what it means to join their services.

The right candidates will have held a Senior Practitioner positions before within Child Protection and Court Teams. Our client will also consider experienced Senior Social Workers who are looking to take a step up in their careers.
