A London based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to take on a Practice Development role as a Consultant Social Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to be Role Model for good Social Work practice throughout the authority.

The post will see you take on a more managerial post where you will be training and supervising ASYE students and Social Workers. Predominantly this is a non case holding post where you will focus on managing the day to day operations of the team.

This is the ideal opportunity for the career focused Social Worker who is keen to develop their experience and further their career. The authority also offer a clear and defined point system which will help you track your progress and outline what you would need to do to take the next step in your career.

To be considered for this post you should ideally have more than 5 years post qualified experience within a front line Social Work service. You should also have access to a vehicle.
