National Sales Manager - Lab Diagnostics-Clinical Chemistry
An exciting Sales Management role came up with NonStop's client - large corporation in clinical and laboratory diagnostics. It is a unique opportunity for someone with strong life sciences educational background, clean labs experience who moved into sales and is searching for the next step in leadership.
The company is a market leader in the clinical chemistry and laboratory diagnostics field, selling their technology to hospital laboratories and research environment. Our client provides lab automation products and solutions designed to help screen, diagnose, monitor, and confirm diseases. Here you will be dealing with organisation that has high quality products and is already one of the main providers to hospital labs across the UK and globally. They are currently receiving a strong investment from the US; therefore there will be opportunities for you to grow and develop further into senior management positions.
In the role you will be:
- Leading a team of 5-6 sales professionals
- Dealing with VIP customers and KOLs
- Working on a business strategy to make sure to gain the market share
- Participating in strategic initiatives (internationally)
Ideal experience:
- Sales experience in clinical chemistry, laboratory diagnostics and automation
- Previous experience as laboratory technician or product manager - clean labs experience is a must
- Ideally team leading experience, but also we will consider candidates with 5+ years of exp in sales
- Experience working in the UK market and based in the UK
- Languages: English
