Dual role within an IFA SSW/CWD

I am working very closely with a Independent Fostering Agency in the Hertfordshire area, who are wanting to take on an experienced Supervising Social Worker to aid in development and placements of Children with Disabilities within a well know IFA
The role itself is very unique as it is a combination of two roles a Supervising Social Worker and a Children with Disabilities social worker, the IFA themselves have gained a rating with Ofsted of outstanding and they are aiming to ensure that they stay at this very high level, you could be part of the team that helps keep this prestige accomplishment
Duties include;
* Visiting residential homes and possible placement homes and doing F assessments to ensure they are suitable for the children within the service
* Ensuring the suitability is aligned with the needs of Children with Disabilities
* Planning, assessing and evaluating possible placement homes to ensure they are suitable for each individual child's needs.
