DUTIES:
Configure resources in both public and private cloud environments. Install, architect, configure, update, patch and troubleshoot various physical and virtualized operating systems along with the applications running on them. Responsible for developing and architecting new environments for management approval while using best practices in on premise and cloud environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field of study and 2 years cloud architecture and administration experience. Will accept Bachelor’s degree and 5 years cloud architecture and administration experience in lieu of Master’s degree and 2 years. Requires 2 years experience in each of the following: Experience with cloud architecture and computing including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure (PaaS and IaaS) and other cloud based computing environments. Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, SES, Storage Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, IAM, SNS). Experience with AWS networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, Route53, Direct Connect). Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012 and Linux CentOS/RHEL/Ubuntu. Experience with database administration and integration, including experience with MySQL, Postgres, Oracle and SQL Server. Experience with automation tools, including experience with Chef/Puppet/PHP/Python/Perl/Ruby/Powershell.
40 hours/week $96,928 - $110,000/year
