What Exactly Does a Recruiter Do?

Recruitment is very business-focussed and you'll be spending a lot of the time on the phone negotiating with clients and candidates. You'll manage the recruitment process from the very beginning - finding clients, advertising their vacancies, sourcing candidates, headhunting, pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews, delivering feedback and offers. You'll earn not only a good basic salary, but also industry-leading commission for each and every placement that you make - Great earning potential! - salary expectations after your first year with us are £30,000 to £45,000!

NonStop focuses on niche and high-end industries and has many well-established clients across Europe. Such industries include Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Cyber Security. Using Pharmaceuticals as an example, we have placed candidates in 19 of the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world. The candidates that we place into companies make a significant impact on these businesses. Many agencies have a focus on large numbers and working roles on mass, while at NonStop we are far more specialised. Because of this our consultants genuinely become industry experts over time.

International focus:

All new employees will begin work in Prague, the Czech Republic in our offices in Danube house. This is a savvy and commercial office that is the beating heart of our business. Walking around our office you will see table after table of our recruiters including the Italian team, French team, Nordics team and a number of other divisions that focus on EU markets. What this has created is a young office of people from around the world. It's a unique chance to learn and make friends while progressing in your career. In addition to this, once you are en route to becoming a consultant (typically 6 months), you will have the option to move to our other international offices including Zug, Switzerland and London, UK. To date, we have had consultants in the business who have lived and worked in 5 different offices. Flexibility on which country you live in is something we take for granted, that many businesses simply cannot offer!
