Locum - Safeguarding Team Manager - Interviewing Immediately
NonStop's client, based in the Berkshire County, is looking for an experienced Team Manager to support and develop its Children's Service Team.
Our client is looking for a new Team Manager to join and support four of their Safeguarding teams as a locum worker for 6 months. This role will be a less stressful Team Management role as there will be no direct line management work involved, and instead your main role will be to support and develop CIN/CP practitioners and other supervising staff across each team to help them progress and improve the overall services for the children in the area from the top down.

Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with relevant Degree
* Extensive Managerial experience in the UK
* HCPC registration
* Full Clean driving licence
