Lead Psychologist for a group of specialists

The school in Hillingdon is currently looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Psychologist to develop and lead a small group of teachers and psychologists in an independent school. The school deals with children with mental and behavioural problems.
As a Lead Psychologist, you will ensure the systematic provisions of a high-quality service to the centre. You will be working autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice within the school and team.
The school uses a unique mix of education and support to their students. The school is looking to provide a tailored learning environment to their students, to help every kid. We want someone who is interested to make a change in those kids' lives.
In this role you will need:
- Qualification in Education or Clinical psychology
- Registration or be eligible to register with Health and Care Professionals Council
- Previews experience in management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate on all levels
- Ability to emotionally cope with demanding situations
