SOCIAL WORKER CHILD PROTECTION - HIGH SALARY AND NO COURT WORK

NonStop's client, based in beautiful area of South England, is looking to hire a Qualified Social Worker in their Family Support and Protection Service.

You will be working to deliver first class support to vulnerable children and families utilising the Signs of Safety framework. This Local Authority has undertaken big amount of work to ensure the highest quality of service, which they are very proud of.

In order to give as much felxibility as possible, our client is offering you a choice inbetween PERMANENT or LOCUM form of employment.

With the first option, you will be given lots of additional support and training. It will enable you to improve your skills, boost your professional development and focus on your career.

If you can hit the ground running and do not want to commit for a long time, you can start as a locum, get directly into building relationships with children and families and get a HIGH HOURLY RATE.

On the top of that, within this team you will deal only with intial care proceedings, which doesn't include court work at all. For you it means less stress and more time to focus on the quality of your assessments.

Interview: immediately

Salary: £28.000-37.000 per annum OR £33-36 p/h (depending upon experience)
