School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work
The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work is a leader in the education and training of nurses, midwives and social workers, demonstrating excellence through innovative, creative, and dynamic teaching and research. The School is responsible for the Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Midwifery, Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Midwifery dual degree, Master of Nursing Studies, Master of Social Work Studies and the Master of Counselling.
The role
The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work seeks to appoint a Lecturer to teach into undergraduate and postgraduate programs, undertake course coordination, program leadership, postgraduate supervision, and further development of the School’s nursing programs. The successful candidate will undertake research and administrative activities associated with the School/Faculty/University.
The person
Applicants should possess a PhD in the related field. Candidates should have a demonstrated enthusiasm for engaging in high quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and evidence of contribution to research commensurate with the position level.

This role is a full-time position; however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
Remuneration
This is a full-time, continuing appointment at Academic Level B. The remuneration package will be in the range $92,142 - $109,419 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $104,807 - $128,020 p.a.).
