Exciting new role for referral and assessment

I am a specialist recruiter for social care within the east of England area, currently I am working very closely with a Local Authority who are aiming to take on both a qualified social worker and a senior social worker to help in the day to day running's of the child services there. More specifically they are looking for people to join their referral and assessment team.
So if you have experience being a senior social worker within referral and assessment, children in need, looked after children or long term child protection team then this could be the role for you. To apply for each post you must have;
Qualified social worker
* 2 years post qualifying experience
* This experience should be within child services
* Referral and assessment experience
* Excellent references
Senior Social Worker
* 3 years post qualifying experience
* Previous experience being a Senior Social Worker
* This experience should be within child services, referral and assessment would be beneficial
* Excellent references
The role it self is to aid in the day to day running's of the Local Authority, who are aiming to improve their Ofsted rating. The previous inspection shown a drastic improvement in their child services and you could be part of the team that improves this even more so.
