Locum Social Worker - Reduced Caseloads - £35/hr
NonStop's client,based in the South West England, is looking for Qualified Social Workers to join their Child Protection and R&A teams.
Due to recent funding, this Local Authority is aiming to significantly reduce it caseloads by increasing the size of their frontline teams, allowing them to focus on providing the best possible service for children, and a more enjoyable stress-free environment for their staff.
Unique to this role for Locum social workers is that there are plenty of training and development opportunities on offer, which unlike most other local Authorities are only available for permanent staff, allowing you to further enhance your social care expertise and becoming a more desirable candidate in comparison to those around you.
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with relevant Degree
* +2 Years post qualification experience in the UK
* HCPC registration
* Full Clean driving licence
Salary ranges from £32 - £35 depending on Experience.
