NonStop Pharma and Medical Devices, international recruitment and head hunting agency headquartered in Switzerland, is currently looking for an Area Manager Italy - Sales Manager Italy, whose responsibilities will roughly be to:


  • Gather, consolidate, analyse and report internal and external data

  • Plan, negotiate, agree and control the annual sales budget for the designated area

  • Build good business partner and key account relationships, ensure proper sales turnover and product training, manage performance and take appropriate actions with relevant stakeholder

  • Increase the company's turnover within the channel (Pharmacies most of all)

  • Spot new and fruitful business opportunities for the allocated area within the mandate

  • Execute the annual action plan and manage cost within allocated expense budgets

  • Participate in external congresses and events in order to increase brand awareness and educate the market


  • As per specific requests of our client, we are ideally looking for professionals with the following skill-set:

  • 5-9 years sales and commercial experience within FMCG and pharmacy environments
  • University Degree within Business/Economics/Life-sciences
  • Knowledge of OTC sales, pharmaceutical market and/or a medical environment is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in the Italian and English language
  • Our client is an international company whose business in Italy has been consistently growing in the last years, meaning you will actually be part of a dynamic company that will allow you to progress faster and make a real impact in the medium to long term.

    Most products are OTC or medical devices and will be commercialised at national level, meaning you will know the whole of the Peninsula and further increase your market knowledge.
