Leading a group of 7 R&D experts, you will be responsible for providing direct management to the team, including co-ordinating with them and assigning projects to team members as well as providing necessary training, help and guidance, meaning you can manage their success and help them to grow and succeed, giving you a concrete sense of satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Academic Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years industry experience in Research & Development
• Proven management experience leading a team of at least 4 people
• Technical expertise in developing electronics systems preferred but not essential
• Fluent English & Minimum B2 Level German
