Market Access Manager - Home office (Munich)
Our client is a pharmaceutical company that specializes in the research of rare disorders. It develops, produces and markets innovative solutions designed to combat them, making it the European pioneer in the field of orphan diseases.
The main focus is on launching upcoming products in fields of Hematology & Oncology and Neurology.
Your responsibility would be development of strong relationships with the stakeholders and KOLs to ensure their access to current medical and scientific information of the products. Also, you will be accountable for a product launch activities support and development/implementation of regional strategic and tactical plans. Furthermore, you will support of local access activities (e.g. AMNOG) as well as resolving reimbursement challenges as they may arise.
What should you bring to the team:
* Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, ideally with a doctorate and/or a specialization in Health Economics
* 3+ years of experience in market access in the pharmaceutical industry in Germany
* Demonstrated experience in establishing value propositions to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
* Knowledge of customer segments and market dynamics in the German healthcare system
* Existing networks on payer/provider level
* Fluent in German and English
* Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to travel extensively across Germany
* Location Munich, whereby a home office setting can also be discussed
