Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter/in im Customer Service - Technical Team
Aufgabengebiet:
* Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung der Ländervertretungen und Händler im Innen- und Außendienst
* Preisgestaltung sowie Festlegen der Zahlungsbedingungen im Rahmen der AKSE Preisstrategie / Budget
* Überwachung der Monatsplanung Soll/Ist von Absatz/Umsatz
* Externe Reklamationsbearbeitung und interne Steuerung von Reklamationen
* Anwendungstechnische Unterstützung von Kunden
* Materialdisposition: Klärung von Anfragen bzgl. Materialverfügbarkeit, Prioritätenfestlegung in der Materialdisposition
* Lagerkontrolle
