I set up this Procurement Chemical division nearly three years ago with the aim to network with candidates and clients across the country, not only to find suitable positions/candidates, but to keep up to date with the industry, market and even give advice to professionals who may be confused about the next step in their career. After a lot of work I am now in touch with over 300 clients in the Chemical field all over the country! However I am always interested in getting to know Procurement Professionals within the chemical industry particularly in Germany.

As we all know the year is slowly coming to an end and Christmas is approaching. This tends to be one of the best times to look for new job opportunities as a lot of companies want to hire new talent to join them for the New Year. On the other side, this is also the best times for clients to find good candidates as most people are thinking "new year, new me, new job"!

Procurement Manager - Raw Chemical Materials - Duesseldorf Area - Plastics/ Coatings - up to 100,000 Euros p/a (depending on experience)
Multinational global chemical company who operate in a number of markets, such as chemical, automotive, consumer good and even IT. My client has a great company history, as they started in the Far East, with only a small number of employees and have now grown to over 30,000 employees. Although my client is a global player in the market, their company values have not changed and prioritise a family feel working environment You will be responsible for all procurement activities, yet will also be responsible for working closely with Research and Development and Technical management. 3+ years experience - plastic & coating experience - masterbatches - willing to travel - international exposure - fluent in German and English (French is a bonus)


Strategical Purchaser - Coatings in the Construction Market - Munich Area - up to 100,000 Euros p/a (depending on experience)
Brand new client that has a strong presence working in the coatings sector, particularly within the construction market. This position is a mixture of procurement, research and development and commercial awareness. Due to the growth of the company they are constantly in need of someone who has both commercial awareness and a technical background. As one of the market leaders, they always develop their own products and do their best to get these out on the market. 5+ years procurement experience, experience working in any chemical sector - fluent in English and German

Global Procurement Category Manager - Buyer of freights: air/ sea/ road - International niche manufacturer for the FMCG sector - up to 70,000 Euros p/a
A brand new position is available with a growing family owned business , that specialise in a very niche market and work with some of the best companies in the world; companies such as DOVE, LYNX & NIVEA. As they have recently promoted someone in house, they are looking for an experienced procurement professional who will be responsible for all strategical purchasing of logistics (air/road/sea freight) and indirect/ technical spend. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and natural leader who wants to join an organisation that works in a meritocratic way, in short you are rewarded for the work & results you generate. 3+ years experience buying logistics services air/sea/road freight - international experience - fluent in German and English - natural leader
