The University’s Strategic Program Office will enhance UQ’s ability to deliver its core functions of learning, discovery and engagement. This University-wide program will adopt a One UQ approach with shared commitment and responsibility to enhance the student and staff experience by transforming internal business operations.
The role
You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic projects, as well as establishing and leading a highly skilled team. Providing strong leadership and high quality management, you and your team will partner with Faculties and business units across the University to analyse, plan, and deliver transformative projects and initiatives.
The person
To succeed in this position you will have track record of executing and delivering strategic change management programs, which positively affect orgnaisational culture, in large and complex organisations. You will have had successful experiences with program and project governance and methodologies, and be able to evaluate and interpret complex data, and apply rigorous logic and sound business judgement to improve processes across the organisation.

Remuneration
This is a full-time, fixed term appointment for five years at HEW Level 10. A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant
