The company are currently investing heavily in new technologies to help them stay competitive in the market, so you will be working on a lot of new R&D projects if you join them, allowing you to have a direct input right from the start.

The company you will be joining are a developer, manufacturer and distributor of finished coatings products for Industrial and Architectural markets with a focus on bridges, infrastructure, wind turbines and building exteriors amongst many other areas. As a family owned company with over 100 years of history they are very established in the market and are a very stable employer, so working for them offers a long-term career where you can build a name for yourself whilst developing your CV profile.

As part of a 4 man R&D laboratory team focusing on the development of solvent-borne coatings for industrial and architectural applications, you will be working on the re-developing the existing formulations range as well as assisting the team in developing new technologies and products which will involve working on long-term projects over the next 3-4 years, giving you a lot of variety in the products that you are developing and keeping your day-to-day work exciting and engaging.

Requirements:

• Completed practical training as Lacklaborant
• Minimum 2 years industry experience in R&D
• Proven technical expertise developing solvent-borne industrial coatings
• B2 level German minimum
