Are you passionate about molecular diagnostics and an excellent communicator? If that is the case, we are looking for YOU!

My client is a worldwide supplier of integrated molecular solutions for the diagnosis of infectious diseases and cancer, and he is actively looking for a motivated and experienced sales Manager to join their high qualified team. We are talking about a global company with around approximately 200 employees worldwide, which is pioneer in offering both PCR and Next-Generation Sequencing on an integrated platform. Just because they keep growing and growing, you will have plenty of opportunities to make career, develope your own time and really penetrate the market with their unbeatable products.

These will be your main daily tasks:

- Responsability for sales management in direct markets Germany, Spain, France and UK

- Performance and development of local account managers

- Creation and implementation of effective action plans

- Revenue and placement targets in sales territory

- Execution of global and local sales campaigns

- Development and maintenance of customer relationships

- Provision of accurate product forecasting in territory

- Follow policies and guidelines of the company

You will have to bring along with you;

-At least 5-7 years experience sales in healthcare sector
-Several years experience in molecular diagnostics & laboratory processes
-At least 4 years experience managing a team
-Willingness to travel and work in a global team environment
-Experience with CRM software solutions
-Fluent in English and German
