This is a fantastic new opportunity as Sales & Account Manager for the region of Bayern which is one of the most profitable and successful areas in Germany for my client. You will be the key person with Bayern promoting the company's polymer formulations & plastics products and you will have a lot of creative freedom in how you approach your work, so you can manage your time in the way that suits you best.

  • With 70-90 existing accounts to take over, you will already have a lot of prospects to follow up with when you start at the company
  • There is a wide range of products within the portfolio so can sell to lots of different market segments including Automotive, Medical and Industrial
  • With around 60% of your role focused on new business development, you can develop your own customer relationships from the start and develop strong connections in your core markets

Your Basis for Success:

  • At least 3-5 years Sales experience in the Adhesives, Polymers, Coatings or Plastics sectors
  • Hunter-attitude to developing new business and creating new prospects
  • Degree in Polymer Chemistry or Polymer Engineering preferred but not essential
  • Languages: fluent German required for daily use
