Job Details

The Academic Registry has a vacancy for a fixed-term (until September 2019) full time SITS and e:Vision Developer to work on the Student Lifecycle Support Programme (SLSP). This role will be responsible for the analysis, design and development of a suite of e:Vision functionality and any necessary client-server enhancements.

 

You will likely have several years’ experience of developing or enhancing the SITS student record system, preferably acquired within a development/project environment. Experience of analysing user requirements and the ability and willingness to learn new technologies are also essential.

 

Knowledge of good user interface design, including on mobile platforms, and knowledge of user experience research and implementation techniques are desirable.

 

The SITS and e:Vision Developer will be a key member of the project team, developing new system functionality, to deliver significant improvements to the university’s student administrative processes and systems.

 

The SLSP SITS and e:Vision Developer post is available on a full time basis, with an expected start date of early 2018, and fixed-term until September 2019.
