INTERNAL SALES
Company Brief:
My client is a strong and independent player in consumer health on the Belgian market. He sells his products in over 50 countries around the globe.
As a family company develops, manufactures a wide range of prescription medicines and the growing company and health products in the market. The over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, vitamins, food supplements, cosmetics and healthcare accessories are offered through the pharmacy and hospitals in Belgium and abroad.
For their sales department, I am looking for a full time 'Internal Sales' where you will be responsible for the administrative and commercial support of the sales department.
The offices are in the Flemish part of Belgium between Antwerp and Gand.
Vacancy Brief:
The main missions you will have to deal with in three languages (French, Dutch and English) are:
- Make tenders for the Key Accounts.
- Follow the effect on the sales measurements in terms of sales approach.
- Have direct contact with the pharmacies to internal orders and according to tenders.
- Convince clients of the high value of my clients' products
- Manage commercial-technical support to the RX/OTC sales team.
- Provides a strong follow-up, in both telephone contact, price calculations, preparation and follow-up of tenders.
- Problem-solving belongs to your daily tasks.
- Provides the Key Accounts with the necessary information regarding training and changes within our range.
- Keep yourself constantly on the height of the evolutions and developments within the sector.
- Be in charge of the follow-up of the new customer relations tools.
You will report all your activities to the Sales Manager Belux.
Candidate Brief:
The candidate will have the maximum of the following points:
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent experience.
- A good technical knowledge within the pharma.
- At least 3 years experience in a commercial office staff. Experience with sales is a must. You have strong communication and commercial skills.
- Customer- and result-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills, punctual and accurate.
- A team player attitude.
- Can speak with a very good knowledge of French, English and Flemish.
- Smooth Knowledge Word and Excel.
