Global Campaign Manager

Summary: The Campaign Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating PerkinElmer’s campaign planning, execution and measurement processes. This role is responsible for the cross-business campaign hierarchy as well as for individual campaigns within the hierarchy. The Campaigns Manager will work in partnership with multiple disciplines to drive demand, including sales, communications, portfolio and segment marketing and regional marketing. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute measurable demand creation programs that drives revenue
• Plans the best mix of inbound and outbound tactics to accelerate the customers buying cycle
• Work with portfolio & segment marketing to establish a common campaign framework for the global marketing community to leverage
• Interlock with regional field sales, marketing and businessleadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities
• Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
• Forecast, measure, analyse and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
• Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to demand creation programs including direct marketing agencies, search engine optimization (SEO) experts, designers, copywriters, email providers and list brokers
• Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• Collaborates with the demand center and/or field marketing to ensure a cohesive creation, execution and testing/optimization strategy exists to increase engagement
• Collaborates with the digital strategist on acquisition and engagement demand creation programs, and ensures final tactic selection is appropriate for program design
• Manage and adhere to budget
