Technical Sales- interesting products in growing company

One of our clients, well known mid-size company specialised in Plastic Additives area, is currently looking for an experienced Technical Sales/ Marketing Manager to join its department in SW Germany.

Working for a mid-size company means you will be recognised for your individual success and there will be a lot of transparency over the business. Family business are well known for great career progression perspectives as it is much easier over there to get promoted.

Your responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for the whole sales development in European markets
* Development and creation of innovative sales plans for particular regions
* Identify, assess and secure new sales opportunities
* You will be in charge of budgeting and forecasting future business developments
* You will be supervising sales agents and distributors. You will also be responsible for their training and development
* Development of new marketing strategies will be another very important part of your job

Your Profile:

* Strong experience in sales and technical knowledge of Plastic Additives (Kunststoffadditive)
* Degree in (polymer) chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or similar
* Analytic and strategic thinking
* Good knowledge of chemical industry and direct experience in polymer field
* Very good communication skills in English and German
* Strong initiative, highly motivated as well as ability to work independently
