Product Specialist - Silicone Antifoulings - Sales - Denmark(optional)

Job profile:

* Expert for Silicone Antifoulings
* Chemical background preferably R&D background
* Experience in translation clients needs to R&D department so they can develop the product accordingly.
* Commercially aware.

Key responsibilities:

* Give technical advice and support to the organisation (e.g. Technical Service, Sales and Marketing) in liaison with the relevant formulation departments
* Fouling Release and Fouling Defence tiecoats and topcoats and related specifications
* Manage our specifications and technical data related to selected assortments (e.g. product data sheet, application instructions , etc.)
* Participate in the testing of new products
* Support complaint handling for cases related to the performance of antifouling products

Qualifications and skills:
* Technical degree such as Engineering or min. 10 years of proven experience from technical field
* Marine coatings experience including FORSIO or NACE certificates will be an advantage
* Experience resolving technical issues, complaints and claims
* Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
* Strong customer service and quality orientation
