Summary:
The Customer Insights Manager will be a key contributor to increasing the impact of the marketing organization at PerkinElmer by leading and facilitating the collection of insight across our customers. This individual will be a leader in establishing actionable global customer Insights, and working with marketing, sales and technical partners to use them to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead Market Research “Center of Excellence”, responsible for aggregating customer feedback, customer surveys, and leading market research activities across the business
- Establish an on-going, PerkinElmer-wide customer tracking study to measure in-market brand health, customer satisfaction, and competitor performance
- Initiate primary research to inform brand decisions as they relate to product development and company acquisitions
- Present findings and recommendations at monthly business reviews and directly to senior leadership
- Support development of Customer Segment profiles and need states across multiple geographies
- Establish and execute methods to incorporate Voice of Customer (VOC) into New Product development including upfront insights to drive ideation and Product Concept Validation
- Utilize internal and external resources to stay on top of industry trends
- Lead the Annual planning process by synthesizing input from cross functional partners and VOC learning.
